Frenzelit Novatec Premium XP

Frenzelit Novatec Premium XP is a high-performance gasket sheet reinforced with graphite fibers, designed for industrial applications requiring high pressure and high temperature resistance.

Key Features and Benefits

  • High Graphite Content:
    Contains a significantly higher graphite content compared to conventional fiber gaskets, resulting in exceptional durability and excellent residual stress performance.
  • Excellent Chemical Resistance:
    The absence of metal inserts provides superior chemical resistance, making it suitable for demanding media such as weak acids, weak alkalis, lubricants, fuels, and refrigerants.
  • Temperature and Pressure Resistance:
    Capable of withstanding temperatures up to approximately 250 °C (and sometimes up to 300 °C, depending on the application) and pressures up to 100 bar.
  • Anti-Stick Coating:
    Equipped with a standard royal-blue anti-stick coating on both sides, which performs reliably across the entire temperature range and facilitates easier disassembly.
  • Outstanding Sealing Performance:
    Optimized graphite morphology ensures a significantly reduced leakage rate, fulfilling the stringent requirements of TA Luft and VDI 2290 standards in Germany.
