Teadit 24 BB
is a gasket tape made from 100% pure expanded PTFE (ePTFE). This product is specifically designed as a wider version of the standard 24 B series, allowing gaskets to be cut or punched directly from the tape.
Technical Characteristics
- Material: 100% virgin mono-axial ePTFE
- Temperature Range: Safe operation from -268°C to +260°C (resistant up to +315°C for short periods)
- Chemical Resistance: Resistant to almost all chemicals across a pH range of 0–14, except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine at high temperature and pressure
- Pressure Resistance: From full vacuum up to 200 bar
- Certifications: Suitable for food and pharmaceutical industries (FDA, EC 1935/2004, and EU 10/2011 compliant)
