Tombo 9036 is pure TFE Fiber Packing but with greatly enhanced ability to seal high speed shafts with the addition of inactive and heat resisting agents. It maintains the same features as 9034 resistance to chemical and mechanical attacks of great dimensional stability, effective seal with low gland pressures etc.
As TFE is low in thermal conductivity and big in thermal expansion, so that the packing, thus TOMBO 9034 is not recommended for high speed pumps.
