Klinger Graphite Laminate PSM has perforated 'tanged' metal reinforcement providing increased blow-out resistance, especially under cycling loads.
Material :
Graphite is a pure expanded graphite provided with an Anti-Stick (US) surface that provides an optimal graphite sealing feature without the complexity of graphite sticking to flanges. Suitable for use in heat-exchangers, liquid gas plants, exhaust manifold gaskets, petroleum refiners, highly corrosive and aggressive media, sensitive flanges (enamel, glass, graphite) and steam.
Anti-stick coating on both sides helps flange separation, reducing installation time. It also eliminates the need for applications of oils or sealants which can cause gasket failure.
